Surely you are kidding. Multiple discussions of proposed changes on video. A package mailed to every member announcing a public Town Hall meeting on the proposed changes. Each member having a vote on the changes. And this is not enough transparency for you?

The attempt to have a county installed sewer effluent irrigation system? 

At least two Town Hall meetings and this is not enough transparency for you?

And of course there was the united attempt at misinformation on the trendic referendum.

Hummm. The board's feeble attempt at propaganda was totally transparent. 

Northstar? I could agree on this. Transparency would be a report outlining the original time to convert and cost, versus how long ago that was and how much we have spent. And we still have  system we do not control.
