Marty, please stop trying to down play the fact that Seacrets built a structure on OPA property without OPA permission, Perhaos without a building permit.
Your “small” comment is cute but nonsense to avoid answering the question. I realize there was an after-the-fact agreement. What I now observe at the site is what appears to be additional construction on the “encroachment” area beyond what was there when it was first discovered. Does our lease agreement allow additional construction beyond what was there? Heck, you were promoting giving Seacrets a 100-year lease on the OPA property, ownership as a practical matter Transparency is not a small thing. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: You ask me to “define small”. Ask Jeanette. There is a recent survey and plat which defines the boundary lines, straight and otherwise, as well as outlines the “small” encroachment which has been since agreed to by OPA and Mr. Moore. I believe I have a copy but won’t be back in my office until Monday. Marty |
