A trip back in time, Marty. You and Bill Rakow were on the board. Among various Marty comments was one about OPA needing Seacrets permission to build a walkway from the beach on our own property. Suggesting OPA is benefitting because Seacrets is paying the property tax, when the property tax only exists due to the lease. Truly a memorable trip down memory lane. Recommended reading. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: The only thing I might be trivializing is your ability to play surveyor. Yes there is a minor encroachment that harms nobody. That encroachment has been reduced to paper to protect OPA and Mr. Moore is responsible for removal of the encroachment and restoration of the land upon our request. There is a survey that depicts said encroachment. No harm, no foul. Joe, what do you think OPA should do about the encroachment? Marty |
