The only thing I might be trivializing is your ability to play surveyor. Yes there is a minor encroachment that harms nobody. That encroachment has been reduced to paper to protect OPA and Mr. Moore is responsible for removal of the encroachment and restoration of the land upon our request. There is a survey that depicts said encroachment. No harm, no foul.

Joe, what do you think OPA should do about the encroachment?
