There are many contractors willing to perform work and provide services - if paid. You really believe our board can assemble a service operation better than the private sector? Does any reasonable person believe this?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Not exactly. Other HOAs include similar services in their much higher assesments. I'm just asking, if there were enough demand, OPA might be able to offer an optional service for those who want it. I'm not suggestion that the work be done by OPA. The work would be done by contractors. |
