Mark, a condo can contain single homes. As you are aware, condos involve a great degree of exterior control and maintenance of the units, even single unit condos, and the grounds, unlike a fee-simple HOA where the ground itself and everything on it is owned by the property owner. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I referred to this example as a "condo" because that is what they call themselves, but in fact these are all single homes with about 1/8 acres of property each. And I certainly never called for OPA to begin individual property maintenance. I only cited this example in reply to someone else's similar post. |
