I had hoped the fb sites would put me in touch with other like minded people. I have certainly found other ways to be involved in the community since then, and will keep looking. I guess this board will do whatever it wants with no consequences. I shouldn’t stress what I guess I can’t change. ocean Pines board — and anything associated with them— is not a healthy environment in my opinion— at least not for me! It all feels icky. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Janeen, I prefer the open, public, transparent world of the forum. I was excited to be a part of the community—and ready to jump in and help with things if I could. And what I’ve experienced has been so disappointing. Has something prevented you from jumping in and helping the community? There are loads of opportunities. Perhaps you could find a committee you would like to join. |
