Perhaps, but OPA is not high if one looks around. Also, paying a fee that includes a specific amenity one may never use provides little benefit.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I moved to an area with a higher HOA assessment, but it includes insurance, trash removal, landscaping, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, game room, tennis, 2 docks to the bayside of Assateague and more. River Run probably includes several amenities. |
