| The structure is insured under a master policy, I only have to insure my contents. I use all of the amenities. I pay $370 a month which isn‘t a whole lot more than what I was paying for those items individually and includes so much more. Our fee should go down soon as NV Homes has bought the undeveloped land and is finishing the development. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Perhaps, but OPA is not high if one looks around. Also, paying a fee that includes a specific amenity one may never use provides little benefit. What is an insurance amenity? |
