Mark, great idea. Let’s see. If the course costs $1.5 million a year to operate, we can add $175 to the assessment and everyone can play. No outsiders needed.
In this current year, assuming a $200,000 operational profit and $500,000 depreciation, all lot owners contribute about $35 to keep the course running. In any year with an operational loss of $100,000 and $500,000 depreciation, all owners pay an astronomical amount of $71 to keep the course open. Truely outrageous. |
