Hummm. So you pay $4,440 assessment. That is about $3,500 more than the OPA assessment. Be interesting to see a breakdown of the individual benefit costs.
Just what OPA members are wanting to see happen here. Then again, would perhaps cause a dramatic rise in heart attack patients

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The structure is insured under a master policy, I only have to insure my contents. I use all of the amenities. I pay $370 a month which isn‘t a whole lot more than what I was paying for those items individually and includes so much more. Our fee should go down soon as NV Homes has bought the undeveloped land and is finishing the development. |
