| I was very fortunate to sell at the peak in Ocean Pines and buy before NV homes announced the build out. I would not have been able to afford the new build prices. Prices are already creeping up for resales. I know there will be a lot more people in the summer, but I’m not one to sit home all day so I think it will be okay. There are several year round people near me. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Looks like a possible AirB&B hotspot.  I see one for $375 per night, probably the offseason rate.
NV site says starting at mid $500,000. Looks like a great community with a price range that, unlike Ocean Pines, will limit much socio-economic differences. |
