Looks like a possible AirB&B hotspot.  I see one for $375 per night, probably the offseason rate.
NV site says starting at mid $500,000. Looks like a great community with a price range that, unlike Ocean Pines, will limit much socio-economic differences. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It’s called Bayside and is between Sinepuxent Brewing Company and Snug Harbor Road on 611. NV Homes just bought the undeveloped land from Toll Brothers to finish the development started in 2006. New homes have just started with more townhouses planned too. I love it! |
