| When I was a Realtor, we purchased the lists like this annually so we could farm neighborhoods for sales. Usually, a couple times a year we would also send out flyers telling the “farm” what wonderful people we were and how we would out pace any competitor. This flyer shows me these people are trying to reach out past social media and that might be a good thing. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: According to OPA, two Board of Directors candidates purchased the OPA mailing list this year - Monica Rakowski and Steve Jacobs. The purchase cost for the entire mailing list is currently $250. It is not unusual for candidates to purchase the list for campaign mailings to association members. |
