| I mentioned before that when quotes from other Face groups are referenced in the forum & then a few must give their view points (over and over) it continues the drama many are tired of. Myself included. I don’t belong to any of the these face book groups and I have no interest in that drama. I wish discussions should only be view points on the forum itself and not recycled view points because of other face book screen shots or quotes. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe I think many individuals in Ocean Pines including myself are so tired of all the Drama, much of it started on Facebook. There is no question that in the last two years Facebook has dramatically changed how Ocean Pines politics are discussed. I think it is crazy that people get all worked up over a like on facebook, so very sad. Ordinarily, I would agree with you. When an individual creates a Facebook page (not the Get Involved page) and posts vile, disgusting filth about women on the board of directors we could say "Don't get worked up. The person has a problem" However, when at least two prominent, rather important members of this community are reported by multiple other individuals to "Like" those "vile, disgusting filth" posts, perhaps we should be worked up. |
