I see.
This came up I believe when Slobodan was on the Board and someone said he was directing public works to do something. There was a big issue with it and I think that's when the Board met about it and said the Directors couldn't direct staff. As far as the info.org email, I still want to know who is getting my emails after Linda sees them. |
