The company is a corporation. I don’t care if individuals involved call themselves partners, or if there is some legal partnership floating around in addition to the three or more corporations.
Why are you so obsessed over what it is? Why are you obsessed over partner or member? I don’t find it unusual that owners of a LLC would call themselves partners |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Blah, blah, blah. That’s your answer to saying it’s not a partnership when the company refers to partnership and partners that you said don’t exist? Legally a partner has a financial interest whereas a member does not. |
