Well, as I said, that’s a problem. Anybody can get in just by giving some address they saw while driving to the pool or any other amenity. We are basically giving resident rates to anyone. Clearly that system is wrong and needs to be addressed. In regards to tomorrow’s meeting simply giving an address will clearly not work. Requiring ID’s is the best method even if implemented on short notice. Not ideal, but necessary in my opinion. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yes...as a pool member you and Ken show your card every single time. As a homeowner without a pool membership wanting the resident rate...no card needs to be shown. You just give me your address and pay cash/credit. It's been that way for at least 10 years. |
