Sounds like maybe OP could have lost money with you not getting the proper ID to make sure the person coming in was in fact a resident. What is protocol according to those running the pool operation as far as checking IDs. |

As a homeowner without a pool membership wanting the resident rate...no card needs to be shown. You just give me your address and pay cash/credit. It's been that way for at least 10 years. |
