For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: According to Md land records Ocean Pines placed a lien on Tiffany Knupp's property last month (MDLANDREC.NET recorded date 10/07/22). Not passing judgment on Tiffany Knupp, but could this be some anger directed at the HOA? Perhaps the board's hands are legally tied in renaming the skate park due to maybe unpaid assessment. Home owners loose the privilege of voting in our HOA election if assessments aren't paid. |
