Come on, Marty, an officer of the HOA acts on behalf of the association to file the public notice of the lien in the county records. You certainly know the HOA docs better than anybody, but I would hope there is some effort to resolve the issue with individual owners before the HOA resorts to filing liens on people's homes. Whoever was putting the list of names should have put 2 and 2 together and flagged it for Parks. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Asen: I wasn’t going to say anything before but you are completely off base. The liens, which are filed in accordance with our governing documents every year, are not signed by the board president. Even if they were, I doubt the person signing would ever pick up on a individual name much less have the ability to change the rules on the fly. Marty |
