Gee Marty, you had a tragedy several years ago, During your grief maybe OPA should have given you a break. Back in 2006 My wife and I received a call while racking leaves that our 4 month old granddaughter had passed away unexpectantly.. May OPA should have given us a break..

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Asen: I wasn’t going to say anything before but you are completely off base. The liens, which are filed in accordance with our governing documents every year, are not signed by the board president. Even if they were, I doubt the person signing would ever pick up on a individual name much less have the ability to change the rules on the fly. Marty |
