Sorry for the oversight. I thought I did. Thanks for the response. Maybe a vote was required. Maybe not. However, it would be appropriate for board members who disagree with these unilateral actions by any President to speak out publicly. Association members have a right to know what the board is doing. Silence is complicity? |
