I am more concerned about the fact that three recent Circuit court cases have found our board majority acted in “bad faith”. If that kind of behavior doesn’t jeopardize our E & O insurance I don’t know what will. Farr has not been a member of those boards, but you have. I think I will get my legal advice elsewhere. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I believe the 'penalty' for breaking attorney client privilege in an open case could be the inability to properly defend or prosecute lawsuits, negotiate settlements and could result in the lose of insurance coverage. |
