| I'm not giving legal advice...I'm staying the fact that Directors are not supposed to discuss legal cases or anything that happens in closed session. I'm sure you were given the same instructions. In fact, I have a recent email from Mr. Farr that states every former alive (his words not mine) director was sent the same letter I received. Did you get one? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Amy: I am more concerned about the fact that three recent Circuit court cases have found our board majority acted in “bad faith”. If that kind of behavior doesn’t jeopardize our E & O insurance I don’t know what will. Farr has not been a member of those boards, but you have. I think I will get my legal advice elsewhere. Marty |
