For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I'm not giving legal advice...I'm staying the fact that Directors are not supposed to discuss legal cases or anything that happens in closed session. I'm sure you were given the same instructions. In fact, I have a recent email from Mr. Farr that states every former alive (his words not mine) director was sent the same letter I received. Did you get one? |
