For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Amy: I did not and it would fall on deaf ears. As a sitting member of the board on more than one occasion I freely shared information from a closed meeting for a good reason. I was also found to be on solid legal ground. The job of a sitting director is one of care and duty to the Corporation and its membership and not necessarily other board members. Marty |
