Ronald, I am unaware of any serious effort to get rid of Matt Ortt. Those claiming there is an effort to do so should tell us who these people are. Meantime, the obsession of the current board majority with some recent past and sitting board members is nonsensical board politics.
I agree with you on how well OPA is doing. From my perspective the last three boards, including this one, had little to do with the turn-around. Perhaps 80% of that is attributable to the GM and our overall excellent staff and contractors like Ortt. Every road has a few potholes but OPA is on the right road, despite board internal political fighting planting potential mines. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Come this summer folks will be off these social platforms and enjoying all that OP has to offer. The yacht club will be packed, the "T" docks will be full with boats waiting for a slip, the music will be loud with no room on the dance floor, dinner reservations will be a hour wait(worth waiting for). As a part timer I bought when OP had a huge deficient, and I see where we are today. GM has refer to his Dept heads, staff and as well as everyone that works for OP as a Team. The Ortt Group is part of that Team. In a short period of less then 5 years four of our friends have purchased in OP....because of what the Team has brought to the table. If anyone thinks that they're going to run out the Ortt Group ,then all I have to say to that is a quote from Joe Biden "come on Man,are you serious" |
