I’ve considered it…just a very high profile case involving the death and potential vehicular homicide of a juvenile. (Is it fact that law enforcement is suggesting that the investigation is delayed by lack of staffing?) The case seems very hush hush from law enforcement. I find that unusual. The “slow walking“ is just a very bad look IMO. I would think that the district attorney would be doing more to control the narrative. Given what is known (the vehicle involved) I just have trouble understanding (ie every possible suspect/driver has a fool proof alibi that they were not driving the vehicle??) . There is something very strange here and in my opinion law enforcement has some obligation to be upfront with the public. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: ....... the perceived lack of justice and law enforcement dragging their heels and lack of urgency .. Nate, have you considered the possibility that they lack enough evidence at the present time? When persons of interest clam up and don't talk, it's difficult to move forward. In my opinion, I think that is what we have here. Our system of justice does not allow the state to drag several people into a court of law and jury and say, "It's one of them." |
