Farr's social media posts have been in the context of exactly that -- OPA's business relationship with Ortt Companies.  And in that context, his posts represent OPA and for that matter the full board and not as an individual.  Therein lies the problem.  It is not unusual to see civil litigation at the conclusion of any criminal findings.  I would think OPA would want to distance itself from any entanglement in such litigation.  I worry Farr's reckless actions have done the exact opposite.
