I am suggesting this was retaliation by one or more board members.
The withdrawal came from the HR person but does anyone remotely believe HR made the decision? This brings to mind when Nate Douty was fired by John Bailey and he told Douty he had no choice because the board president told him to do so. Is this deja vu all over again? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You are suggesting one or more board members instructed the GM or the Aquatics Director to deny Amy‘s application to return to work part time this summer at one of the pools. Further, that management agreed. |
