It's amazing that events that took place 21 years ago are now receiving [renewed?] attention.
The reason for the renewed attention is that actual construction of homes covered or authorized in those events 21 years ago are just now being constructed. Kind of an unusual situation, in and of itself. One might assume the developer simply waited for better market conditions before doing the actual land development and sale of lots. The developer only sold the lots and buyers contract on their own with a home builder. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It's amazing that events that took place 21 years ago are now receiving [renewed?] attention. Yes, it's a lot of money, even in 2023 dollars. What is going to be the outcome? My prediction: nothing. OPA has an abysmal record in court and after recent years of legal losses, I would be surprised if the Board of Directors pursue any legal remedy. |
