| Joe Moore handled the 2002 work. Moore’s firm was replaced when the Brett Hill board took over and Brett was appointed acting GM. Perhaps a case of stuff lost or forgotten in the shuffle. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, who was the Law Firm, representing OPA, at that time, and who drew up the contracts. Since we pay ongoing retainer fees for legal advice, whether given or not, it would seem that the contractual Law Firm should have monitored the developmental progress and assured that required committed payments were made? |
