For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The only question I have is, being the owner of 2 lots, should I be expecting a second ballot? My second ballot arrived in todays mail. As an observation the first ballot received was mailed with a 66 cent first class stamp. The one received today was at the bulk mail rate. Made me think that those with multiple lots may have been separated and mailed first class then the single additional lot from same owner was placed in the bulk mail group. ............. or not. |
