What was used is an email list maintained by a company called Constant Contact. In fact, the eBlasts are sent to anyone, anywhere in the world who signs up o the Constant Contact website to receive "marketing emails" from Ocean Pines.
Constant Contact is just an email marketing app you can use to create emails and manage your distribution list. The company doesn't have anything to do with mailings or list management. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I don't understand how that can be official notification when the property owner list shows that many property owners have no email on file. The property owners email list was not even used, as far as I know. What was used is an email list maintained by a company called Constant Contact.
