| Reliable sources say the purpose of this special board meeting is to meet with counsel in closed session to discuss and/or approve having OPA's attorney send "cease and desist" letters to several individuals who posted things on Facebook that the Board of Directors, as an entity, believes defamed the Board. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Special Board meeting, May 9 Meeting materials for the May 9 special OPA Board meeting are now available online. The meeting will be held as a hybrid of in-person and virtual, with seating available in the Administration Board Room.
