For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Without this unforced error (another cliche?), the makeup of the board of Directors through August of 2025 would almost assuredly remain the same as it is now. In August 2025, seats held by Lackernick, Rakowski and Jacobs will be open. Without this unforced error, the current board majority could lose all three open seats in the 2025 election and still retain a four-member majority of Elaine Brady, John Latham, Rick Farr, and Jeff Heavner. If Clifford and Peck win this year the makeup of the board majority would be Lackernick, Rakowski, Brady, and Latham. In other words, this unforced error places the current board's majority at risk in the 2025 election when there was likely no risk. Again - Inexplicable. |
