So… you presumably have seen evidence that the three women all accused the board of taking kickbacks? Or what evidence are you aware of that would warrant a defamation case? 

I have screen shots of the Facebook page in question. One of those has a man making an outright accusation that board members are taking kickbacks. The man, also an association member, is not, to my knowledge, an intended recipient of a “cease and desist” letter. Is this some sort of selective attack on the three women? I am unaware of Peck making any accusation of kickbacks. She has been critical of the board and accused the board of not being transparent. God forbid  Sue the woman.

Do you actually believe this board will go to court and sue these three women for defamation? 

Are you also suggesting the board sue certain racquet sports members for defamation over their comments about mold?
