Like the electronic signs no one wanted, do you know the amount of money invested in plaques? I don’t even try to read the signs anymore. Even when my son is driving, I can’t get the full messages. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Employees are paid. There are indeed some volunteers and they were recognized. A builder is thanked on the Yacht Club plaque. For what? One or more volunteers contributed to making a bad deal in letting a punch list go by and OPA was left holding the bag. Upstairs deck? Odors in women’s bathroom due to hole in vent pipe; buckling floors on second floor; mold in AC system; rusting metal at canopy; etc. Of course, no one remembers. The interior layout of the YC is disaster. |
