Ken answered you and you then asked the same question. If you are that interested, you should ask OPA info. They can provide you with financial facts, as opposed to opinions.
Are you trying to find a reason not to spend money to replace a failing irrigation system on an amenity that is now driving fantastic operational profits, or what? As for costs, expect the total over four years to approach $4 million. And don't be surprised if some emergency work is also needed since the existing system has been left in troublesome condition for too long. The course needs a new system. OPA is doing the right thing by replacing it. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I would appreciate any updated financial figures you could provide. If you click on "advanced options" on the message board, the popup page enables entry of message numbers to read your earlier messages. Those messages refer to the kinds of financial info that would be interesting if they could be updated. Here's those numbers: Msg# , 1152212 , 1152245 , 1152263 Do we have a contractor's estimated cost? Do we plan this as an in house project ? (and that cost) What have been costs of existing irrigation repairs? Are they trending upwards in recent years? All would be interesting to learn in this planning phase. Again THANK YOU. |
