Hmmn Jumped higher by another $$$ million in just a couple days.
On the other hand I seem to recall that the expected fire house rebuild has responded to review with a lowering of its estimated cost. And reviews of the new community center also similarly did, years earlier. Led by Marty and 2 other key leaders. Hmmn Reviews at the planning stage may indeed be a good idea. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ken answered you and you then asked the same question. If you are that interested, you should ask OPA info. They can provide you with financial facts, as opposed to opinions. Are you trying to find a reason not to spend money to replace a failing irrigation system on an amenity that is now driving fantastic operational profits, or what? As for costs, expect the total over four years to approach $4 million. And don't be surprised if some emergency work is also needed since the existing system has been left in troublesome condition for too long. The course needs a new system. OPA is doing the right thing by replacing it. |
