Just thought these kinds of releases generally discuss $$$ data. Also would be interesting to see comparison to recent annual net operating profit for 3 yrs of history. And effects on depreciation, and the old repair costs to be avoided in the future. Is this all or part in-house or contractor?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Total cost was originally $3 million or more with work done in yearly increments just under $1 as allowed by bylaws. Looks to be another great investment in what is now a super operational money maker for OPA after prior investments approved by past boards. Sounds like you are concerned about something. What? |
