If all your questions are of concern, I suggest you go back and review all board video where the project was discussed in some detail. The fact that some association members pay no attention to issues discussed at board meetings and then long after the fact express concerns is typical. Had some had their way the new clubhouse and cart barn would never have happened. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Just thought these kinds of releases generally discuss $$$ data. Also would be interesting to see comparison to recent annual net operating profit for 3 yrs of history. And effects on depreciation, and the old repair costs to be avoided in the future. Is this all or part in-house or contractor?
