There is also the issue of following the bylaws as approved by association members via referendum. What is involved is a contract between OPA and an outside company.
The bylaws state: Section 9.05. Purchasing and Contracts. All purchases and contracts for services or supplies for the Association shall, to the fullest extent practicable, be made by open competitive procedures. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I believe Matt ortt has proved their company knows how to make things happen. I just wonder if the menu is stagnant and the music is the same because that is what the patrons prefer?? |
