For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You’re stretching it Joe. Your comments to me are interesting. I am stretching it? Dave, the decision to seek proposals is not mine. It is a decision made by the OPA Board of Directors, apparently after meeting in closed session and one would suspect also involving OPA‘s attorney and General Manager. They did not invite me.
I just reported and commented on what the board did. As I wrote, the board’s decision will not be popular with many. You obviously are one of them. |
