For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Just what we need. Apartments across from 589. They will be on the south side of Route 50. All that land swill be developed. I suspect apartments or condos will produce less traffic than commercial development - and that entire stretch from the Home Depot area all the way to the high school on the south side of Route 50 WILL be developed. How ;would those apartments impact Ocean Pines? You are saying what the locals there said when Ocean Pines was developed.
