I don’t know about what we will have to give up when they widen 589 but we did give the State some land near North Gate entrance to facilitate the new medical complex. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Not sure what you mean but any widening will not take land away from the Ocean Pines side of 589. That will take place on the Pennington side where the expanded right-of-way for four lanes is already in state hands as far as I am aware. Is that the case up by the North Gate? Thought there was an issue a few years back where we offered 30' to the state in that area. |
