| Homes in the area of SC that we live have sometimes doubled in price since late 2020 until now. Often a $1mm then is now a $2mm home. It's nuts | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I don't see any need or justification to spend the time and money to pursue an appeal. I agree. It has amazed me how many homes on the Northside have been sold for a million or more. All on the water but just a couple of years ago people would have said it was crazy that these homes would have sold for that much. |
