I don't see any need or justification to spend the time and money to pursue an appeal.
I agree. It has amazed me how many homes on the Northside have been sold for a million or more. All on the water but just a couple of years ago people would have said it was crazy that these homes would have sold for that much. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My assessed value increased about 14%. I attribute it to a reasonable reaction to increased property home values in the area over the last three years. Since the increase is phased in over the next three years, I don't see any need or justification to spend the time and money to pursue an appeal. I don't have a Homeowners Credit but do have one on my permanent residence in SC. |
