I was thinking it would have been Sodel but mainly because of their large portfolio and good reputation among their restaurants. However, I was also unaware of the number of diverse facilities managed by Touch Of Italy which is impressive so we are looking forward to the new management and their ability to bring their creative touch to our dining venues.
