I believe each bidder was asked to describe their menu, perhaps seasonal. While not expecting the GM’s team or the board to be food critics, I would expect both to have been briefed and were satisfied on TOL strategy. I hope we learn more before they open. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I actually did eat there in their OC location, the food was OK, nothing special. Keep in mind that I'm spoiled by the small, neighborhood Italian places (mostly bars with a few tables in the back) here in South Philly. I'm guessing they will have a varied menu that will include some Italian favorites, time will tell. |
